We are pleased to share that the EQTY Fund I investment portfolio includes a unit in the VALRIO project by SOLYD Property Developers & Habitat Invest. The investment was made through a local subsidiary company. The VALRIO development consists of two eight-story blocks with four different unit layouts. The project also includes two commercial areas, storage rooms and parking lots. And what is the one thing that all VALRIO apartments share? The interiors are modern, spacious, and bright, with high-quality finishes.

The project, designed by Miguel Saraiva of Atelier Saraiva e Associados, is modern and inventive. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail without compromising on functionality, from high-quality finishes to A or higher energy certification. All shared and private areas of the development were thoroughly created with regard to accessibility. Furthermore, the common areas are spacious and well-designed to make the lives of all residents easier.

VALRIO is located close to Parque das Nações, between the Tagus River and Parque Vale do Silêncio, a verdant oasis with a strong presence of culture.
